Frequently Asked Questions

  • 1. Trash bins are to be empty in order to be serviced. On those few occasions where trash haulers may not have properly emptied the bins, the following applies to receive our service:

    • All trash in bins MUST be bagged and tied.

    • All trash bin(s) must be free of un-bagged animal waste and fecal material.

    • All trash bin(s) must be free of chemicals, paint, glue or other adhesive, or hazardous waste of any kind.

    • All trash bin(s) must be free of building materials, e.g. plaster, stucco, or concrete.

    • Other waste products, such as grass clippings, leaves, branches, etc., must be bagged and tied.

    2. Trash bins must be readily available for service. Bins are to be located at the curb (unless special arrangements have been made – Wheely Clean Bins needs to be notified of these arrangements in advance).

    3. If we arrive to perform your service and the above conditions are not met, the service will not be completed; however, the Customer IS still responsible for payment. Should the truck and crew arrive at a location without being notified that the bins are not ready, the customer will still be billed. Every reasonable attempt will be made to service your bin.

    4. Customers who sign up for monthly or quarterly service, and cancel after their first service is completed, will be charged a one time cleaning rate at $60.

    We do not provide service for "Yard Waste" Bins.**

  • Honestly? We’ll do a MUCH better job than you could ever do yourself. We clean bins with extremely hot water (up to 200 °F) under very high pressure. Most viruses and bacteria are eliminated at 160°F. We use far less water and we collect and dispose of the wastewater properly and safely.

  • Wheely Clean Bins is currently servicing our hometown of North Augusta, SC, as well as Belvedere, Graniteville, and surrounding communities. At this time, our service is dedicated to ONLY the 29841, 29860, 29829, and some Aiken Area zip codes. If you are outside of these areas, please send an email to info@wheelycleanbins.com to tell us you WANT our service in your area! There is power in numbers, so tell your neighbors to do the same!

  • We will clean and sanitize your cans during normal business hours the day following your normal trash pick-up OR the day of, according to your HOA restrictions. For example, if your trash is picked up on Mondays, your trash can cleaning will be scheduled for Tuesdays. For your convenience, we will also send you an email 7 days prior and a text 1 day prior to your scheduled cleaning, reminding you that we are coming to clean.

  • Wheely Clean Bins process uses significantly less water than if you were to clean the bins yourself. The water used in this process is captured within our grey water holding tank. It is then filtered and disposed of properly. No harsh chemicals are used to sanitize your bin. We use high pressure 200° F hot water to sanitize both the inside and outside of your bin.

  • Wheely Clean Bins will send out 2 reminders prior to your service. If your bin is not available, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via call, email, or text. If your bin is not left curbside for us to provide your service and you have not notified us, you will be billed for the service.

  • All customers are required to have a credit card, debit card, or automatic bank draft on file PRIOR to your first service. Don’t worry, we will send you a secure link to store your information upon sign up! We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and ACH Bank Drafts. Your payment will be automatically drafted upon completion of each service. Any account that carries a "past due" balance, will not receive their next service.
